We do not own, operate, or directly provide the listed experiences. All bookings are fulfilled by third-party Service Providers. etourgood acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the execution, quality, or safety of the services provided.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

etourgood may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific booking.
